Zentral gelegen in einem alten, schönen und ruhigen Viertel Kölns. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (110qm, 5 Zimmer), offen und hell geschnitten mit einem schönen großen Balkon (Abendsonne) mit Sitzmöbeln,
einer offenen und hellen gut ausgestatteter Küche (i love cooking;).

Wir leben hier, also ist es nicht übertrieben sauber wie in einem Hotel, aber dennoch gepflegt und sauber und es wird alle zwei Wochen geputzt von einer Putzfrau.


Es gibt insgesamt acht Schlafplätze (6+2)

- Schlafzimmer 1: Doppelbett (180x220), TV, Xbox, großer Kleiderschrank

- Schlafzimmer 2/Jugenzimmer: Doppelbett (180x210), TV, Schreibtisch, kleiner Kleiderschrank.

- Kinderzimmer: Hochbett mit zwei Schlafplätzen, Kommode, Kompaktanlage, Spielzeug, Kinderbücher, Comics.

- Wohnzimmer: Schlafsofa mit zwei Plätzen, TV, Radio, Balkon, großes Bücherregal, einige alte Spielkonsolen für Nostalgiker ;-)

- Musikzimmer-Büro-Studio: Vinyl-Sammlung, Instrumente, großer Schreibtisch, Computer.

- Badezimmer 1: WC, Dusche, Badewanne
- Badezimmer 2: WC


In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Spielplätze, Basket- und Fuß ball, ein großer Park, Bahn- und Bushaltestelle, Restaurants, Kiosk, Bäcker, Wochenmarkt, verschiedene Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, etc..), Metzger, Cafés, etc.

Alles ist fußläufig schnell und bequem erreichbar, unser netter Nachbar von oben hat einen Kiosk auf unserer Straße mit allem wat man so braucht (Kölsch?).

Das Geißbockheim (1.FC Köln) ist direkt um die Ecke, Samstag und Sonntags kann man sich dort kostenlos Spiele der U19-U21 ansehen oder das Training der Profis.

In die Innenstadt (Dom/Hbf) dauert es mit der Bahn 17 Minuten. Zentral gelegen, sehr nette Nachbarschaft auch im Haus, gegenüber im Flur wohnt eine nette 88 jährige Omi, Familiengegend mit wenig Verkehr so das man auch Nachts die Fenster offen lassen kann.

Centrally located in an old, beautiful and quiet district of Cologne. The apartment is very large (110sqm, 5 rooms), open and bright with a nice large balcony (evening sun) with seating,
an open and bright well-equipped kitchen (i love cooking;).

We live here, so it's not overly clean like in a hotel, but still well-kept and clean and cleaned every two weeks by a cleaning lady.


There are a total of eight beds (6 + 2)

- Bedroom 1: double bed (180x220), TV, Xbox, large wardrobe

- Bedroom 2 / youth room: double bed (180x210), TV, desk, small wardrobe.

- Children's room: loft bed with two beds, chest of drawers, compact system, toys, children's books, comics.

- Living room: sofa bed with two seats, TV, radio, balcony, large bookshelf, some old game consoles for nostalgics ;-)

- Music room office studio: vinyl collection, instruments, large desk, computer.

- Bathroom 1: toilet, shower, bath
- Bathroom 2: toilet


In the immediate vicinity are playgrounds, basketball and soccer, a large park, train and bus stop, restaurants, kiosk, bakery, weekly market, various supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, etc.), butchers, cafes, etc .

Everything is quickly and easily accessible on foot, our nice neighbor from above has a kiosk on our street with everything you need (Kölsch?).

The Geißbockheim (1.FC Cologne) is just around the corner, on Saturday and Sunday you can watch games of the U19-U21 free of charge or the training of the professionals.

It takes 17 minutes to the city center (Dom / Hbf) by train. Centrally located, very nice neighborhood in the house, opposite in the hallway lives a nice 88 year old granny, family area with little traffic so that you can leave the windows open at night.
