Our house is very well kept and we like it clean.
The Exchange would be for a 3 bedroom apartment in our house/home.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each of which has either a king sized bed or two twin beds, as you prefer! There are plenty of lights in each bedroom so you can read it bed or while sitting in a chair. There are two bathrooms, one has a walk in shower, two water basins and a toilet. The 2nd bathroom has a bathtub, one water basin and a toilet. The kitchen was remodeled in 2019 and has everything you need. There is also a washing machine with integrated dryer in the kitchen. The livingroom has a smart TV but also good lighting for reading, chatting, playing games or taking a relaxing nap on the comfy couch.

Our house has everything experienced travelers needs. We also have an outdoor barrel sauna for relaxing.
Close to the scenic Aller river (canoeing, swimming, walking, biking), quiet dead end road and within walking distance to a great swimming lake that we enjoy often! Drive to Berlin 2-3hrs, Frankfurt 3hrs, Hamburg 1 hr, Hannover 0.5hr, Celle 0.5hr, Bremen 0.75hr, Hannover airport (HAJ) 20 min. (no airplane noise!) with cheap airfares to many European destinations.

We have hosted many people from around the world and our house is set up for travelers, glass fiber Internet connection/Wifi, very comfy beds, Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, easy parking on the property.

Our short street is a dead end street so there isn´t much traffic. We are very furtunate to have very friendly neighbors. They will leave you alone but wave to you as they pass by. One of our neighbors spent some time in Scotland and you could ask her for tips or help in our house. Even the mailman waves to everyone! It sounds kind of corny, but this is a pleasent village to live in.
