We are open for home swaps for summer 2023 (probably between 11 July and 26 August). If possible, easy to reach, e.g. by car or direct flight from Berlin.
We are Helen and Robin. We have always loved travelling and we continue to do so with our little 3 year old daughter. We are new here at Homelink but have already had guests in our home on a private basis. We are looking forward to exciting new experiences.

Notre maison
Description de notre maison d'échange
We offer a nice 85 m² apartment within the inner Berlin circle (close to station "Südkreuz").
One large living room with balcony. Three bedrooms. One rather small bathroom with shower and window. One kitchen.
We have two beds (140x200 and 120x200cm) plus two mattresses on the floor (one 120x200 and one 90x200) and one big sofa. Two TVs, a nice little balcony and some toys for children. It's perfect for a family with one or two children. Even three kids might fit. Or also a couple. We have a washing machine, a dish washing machine, microwave.
We have a baby bath, one high chair for children. Some toys for outside are stored in the basement. If you have a baby carriage you can use the basement as well.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
It is a residential area but quiet because there is no street in front and we're on the top floor. A little playground right outside the door. Easy to find a parking and it's free.
Train station "Südkreuz" is perfectly connected e.g. to Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz (7min), Friedrichstraße but also Prenzlauer Berg. We in a quiet residential district. You are close to the nice districts Kreuzberg and Schöneberg and 1km away from the great Tempelhofer Feld - the former airport Tempelhof - which is now a great park!

Tempelhof is a quiet district and is located between Kreuzberg and Schöneberg.
We will give you some tips what we do as locals (also with children and/or when it rains).
Train station Südkreuz is 5minutes walking. From there you'll reach Potsdamer Platz within 7 minutes, Friedrichstraße within 10 minutes.
Bergmannstraße is 10-15 minutes by bike or bus.
Tempelhofer Feld 10 minutes walking.
Supermarket is 200 m away.
