Bright apartement with balcony and garden close to city centre
Our apartment is big (140qm), bright and modern on the third floor of a building from 2012. It has got a low energy standard. So in summer, it doesn´t get very hot and in winter not cold. It has four bedrooms, all of them with a queen-size bed. The spacious livingroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony on each side (a big one on the side of the garden) holds a large dining table for ten persons, the open kitchen, a big sofa on the other side and an electronic piano. There is one bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet, and another smaller bathroom with a toilet and shower. The shared garden has apple-, plum- and pear-trees, current-bushes, flowers and a terrasse with a beer garden set, fire bowl, barbecue and a sauna.
There are three other nice families with kids and one couple living in our flat.

The area we live in is calm and known for its closeness to parcs. There are lots of restaurants and outdoor cafés. We live in a very nice, calm and green neighbourhood. The famous district Prenzlauer Berg is just 10 minutes by bike, Alexanderplatz 10 minutes by underground.

We are a family of five two adults, two daughters and one son. We love travelling and speak English, Spanish and a bit French.

We have five bikes (three for adults, two for children) and it is very easy to hire additional bikes in Berlin at every corner. If you just want to visit Berlin, you don´t need a car, becuase the public transport is very close (bus 3min, underground and train 5-7 min walk)
