Located in up-and coming Karmeliter district; 10 minutes walk from the city-center of Vienna. Nearby a charming fruit- and vegetable market with some nice restaurants; close to park "Augarten" and to the famous "Wiener Prater" (ideal for relaxing, sports, fun). 2 min walking distance to metro station ("Taborstrasse")

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours

We would like to invite you into our apartment (100 qm) in Karmeliterviertel, one of Vienna's best areas: close to the center (only 15 minutes walking distance away from Stephansplatz) and to the green and beautiful Augarten (a large park with historical Augarten porcelain manufacture and the place where Wiener Sängerknaben are situated). Close nearby is Karmelitermarkt, a charming fruit- and vegetable market with some nice restaurants. We are surrounded by nice small cafés and restaurants. The next underground station is just a 3 minute walk away. The perfect home base to explore Vienna, the charming Austrian capitol with its famous buildings and museums. During summer lots of activities alongside the historical "Danube channel" are in walking distance away. When staying longer, a trip to Salzburg – known as the place where Mozart was born – is highly recommended, but also Bratislava is near. Moreover, Budapest and Prague are pretty close for short stays.

Vienna is a great City to explore! Our apartement is in the famous "Karmeliterviertel" (Karmeliter quarter). St. Stephans cahedrale and teh very center of Vienna is in 15 minutes walking distance. The next metro station is 2 minutes walking distance. The first district with its famous buildings and museums is very close.
The recreation area "Prater" is only 1 metro station away. The the green and beautiful Augarten (a large park with historical Augarten porcelain manufacture and the place where Wiener Sängerknaben are situated) is in walking distance.
