Martin is an entrepreneur who owns an Automobile dealership and investor. Kim is his partner in these businesses. We enjoy to travel the world and experience the culture first hand. Not just going to the tourist traps and house exchanges allows us to do this. We have exchanged previously with families in Paris, Lexington KY and Boston MA and have had Great experiences with it.. Then we discovered Cruising. We have a friend who is like an adopted daughter to us, Natalia Kovacova and her 10 year old son, that would be joining us.

Description de notre maison d'échange
Home located in Vallejo, CA with easy access to Napa Valley and the spa's and wineries. HIstorical places like Benicia and Sacramento with their old towns. San Francisco and a ferry from our city. Six Flags and Waterworld in Concord. Our home is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, air conditioned, fire place, fire pit outside, on a hill with a beautiful view of the bay. Sears Point race way about 1/2 hour away. We are a bedroom community that people commute from.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
Vallejo is located centrally between San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose and Sausalito. We have the Redwood trees to the north, Lake Tahoe to the east, Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay to the south and the ocean to the West. We have a ferry that travels from Vallejo to Pier 39 in San Francisco so a relaxing ride to see the sights of the City. In Vallejo is Six Flags Animal Kingdom that has Roller Coaster rides along with animal shows. There is Water World in Concord which is 20 minutes from our house and Raging Waters in Sacramento about an hour. In Sacramento you can go rafting along the American River or Canoeing along the Russian River.
If you enjoy Wine, Napa Valley Wineries are 30 minutes from our home. There are less know wineries in Suisun City, Guerneville and all through out this area. We even have a Petrified Forest in Calistoga and lots of little cities along the way where you can get the best dipping olive oil.
We have a ton of cultural restaurants all around us from Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, European and everything in between.
We have museums, Theaters, and amusement parks all around us.
