Our home is immediately across the street from Ring Mountain Preserve -- a small mountain (which separates Tiburon from the neighboring town, Corte Madera. It's perfect for hikes with plenty of trails and some mountain biking. We're located in the town of Tiburon, a small town just north of San Francisco, that sits right on the SF Bay. There is a beautiful pedestrian & bike path along the SF Bay which is used and enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Tiburon is 10 minutes north from the Golden Gate Bridge and is about a 15-20 minute drive into San Francisco. Our immediate neighborhood is peaceful, full of families, children....and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Main Street, Tiburon is a 10 minute drive (or hike or bike in, taking the bike/hiking path along San Francisco Bay to get there). "Downtown" Tiburon is intimate, with several restaurants sitting right on the SF Bay. Our home offers a view of Mt. Tam and is 20 minutes east of the city of Mill Valley where there are venues for live music, plays along with a movie house and several wonderful restaurants. Mill Valley is home to Mt Tamalpias where mountain biking was born and there are wonderful hiking/biking trails on Mt. Tamalpais. Marin has amazing outdoor life for every kind of athlete or outdoor adventurer.
