Victorian home in Sebastopol, a small N.CA Wine Country destination town; Parks, pool, shopping, great dining, many miles of hiking / biking trails, tennis, several quality-affordable Golf Courses, Giant Redwood Forest, -In beautiful Napa / Sonoma Wine Country, 15 min to Pacific Ocean, 40 min to the San Francisco--3 hrs to Lake Tahoe. As of now we have no trades planned for 2018/19 so if you see our listings, and have interest, send us a note and we will consider any exchange almost anywhere almost anytime. HomeLink since 2006.

Just a short walk to town with many restaurants(both organic and non organic),Safeway, Whole Foods, multiplex movie house, live theater, Sunday farmer's market and trendy shopping. It is just a couple of blocks to access to the National Railroad hiking and biking trails. There are literally hundreds of wineries just waiting for a chance to let you taste their wares. The Russian River Resorts and the Pacific Ocean are just a short drive away, and the most beautiful city in the world, San Francisco is just 45 minutes down the road.

We try our best to leave our home as clean an organized as when we live in it, and hope to find it the same when we return-we also do our best to leave our exchange home looking like we were never there. Any condiments or cooking goods are available for use. We love kids and are very comfortable with them in our home, there are literally hundred of children's books in our library, and a few toys in the living room toy box(be careful of the lid that at doesn't close on little hands. Our fish pond has a variety of goldfish, and koi and one, getting way too big, turtle. We ask exchangers to be nice to them and throw a handful of food in daily.
