Description de notre maison d'échange
Watch the sunset over the Pacific from the living room floor to ceiling picture window. Easy public transit access to center of SF, waterfront, baseball stadium and cultural venues (Ballet, symphony and theater). Walk to Golden Gate Park to see the museums, botanical gardens and Japanese Tea Garden (20 min walk). Great neighborhood restaurants in 3 different directions. Our home, originally built in the 1930s was renovated in 2010. New appliances, new bathrooms, new windows and new deck which runs the width of the house. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, another bedroom which is furnished as a home office, including 46" wall mounted flat screen TV, and double size sofa bed. Up a few stairs to another very secluded bedroom with en suite full bath. Strong and fast wi-fi throughout the house. Comfortable and quiet terraced back yard off the deck. Walk to the streetcar for a quick trip to destinations downtown, or catch the small bus that runs on our street to take you to the streetcar.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
Quiet residential diverse neighborhood. 15 minute walk in two directions brings you to commercial areas with many dining choices. Five minute walk in another direction has restaurants representing many different Asian cuisines. Walk 20 minutes to Golden Gate Park and museum and garden attractions in the park (or take the small bus that runs on our street). Climb up higher on our hill in 15-30 minutes for phenomenal views of the bay area. Or relax in backyard on the deck or upper level and enjoy the peace and quiet. Beach is one mile away.
