This is a 3000 sq ft ( ~280 sq meter) home in the country located on 10 acres of land with rolling hills, woods and pastures. The home is large (we are a large family) and has plenty of room for many guests both inside and out. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite bathrooms). The house has a large family room, very large kitchen with large table, fireplace & seating area.

We have high speed internet to our home and wireless coverage throughout. Our family room television has a TiVO DVR connected and we get both over the air channels and can provide access to Netflix, YouTube & Amazon Prime.

The kitchen has very nice upgraded modern appliances
We have a large bonus room with a library, games & lots of legos :) over our Garage
2 of the bedrooms are our kids rooms and have bunk bed sets in them.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed below, single bunk above + Double Trundle, this bedroom has an attached bathroom

We have both a front and back porch and the back porch has a large gas BBQ grill and a wooden bench swing. We have multiple acres of yard (back, side & front) all around the house with plenty of room to run & play. We have a kids climbing dome in the backyard. We have quiet gravel roads on our property for walking and biking and paths on our neighbors property and we will be happy to provide 3 adult mountain bikes + kids bikes. We often see deer, hawks, possums, raccoons, wild turkeys and the occasional fox on our property.
