Sun-filled two bedroom apartment on the second floor of a two story house. Semi open living spaces with connecting office/playroom, living room, and dining room. Newly renovated bathroom with tub/shower.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, storage for linens, and a tv with apple tv. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Bed three is a combo office/guest room with a full-size day bed and lots of natural sun night. A beautiful small deck with small table and chairs.

On street parking for free. Local grocery store within 10 minute walk as are two kids parks. One has a tennis court and basketball court.

The house gets lots of light and is very quiet. It's a two family house and the tenants are quiet. There is a yard for kids to play with two play houses in the back. It's great to sit in the back yard and relax.

There is high speed internet if you want to work during your stay. We also have the house cleaner who comes every two weeks.
