Our charming 1912 Vintage home with fir wood floors throughout is only two blocks from the core of Ashland's downtown, The Plaza and Lithia Park with Ashland Creek running through it.
We have spend the year of the pandemic upgrading our home from wallpapering to adding two new bathrooms. We have a spectacular deck to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from-cup of coffee, glass of wine? Our backyard is very compact with garden beds and lots of flowers, a Cedar Sauna and two-person Hot Tub. Covered parking and a full basement for storing bikes, doing your laundry.

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
Two short blocks to The Plaza which has about 20+ fabulous restaurants, many of them are on Ashland Creek and just across the street from the "jewel of Ashland"- Lithia Park. The Ashland Co-op is about 4 blks. away and is renowned for being one of the best Co-ops in the country! Great wine, meat, veggies beyond compare and a fully organic ‘to go’ Deli. Hiking trails in the Ashland Watershed are some of the most wonderful trails which will take you all the way to Mt. Ashland, if you so desire. There is also a great Mountain Biking trail system. Getting to the trails is about a 5 min. drive.
There is a bus stop about 1/2 block away which you could take to get to Southern Oregon University on Siskiyou Blvd or all the way to Medford.
