• Lovely home with easy access to Berlin sights

  We spent Christmas and New Year in Uta and Magnus's home. It's a lovely large space, well set up for families. They left us absolutely loads of Duplo for our 2-year old to play with, which kept him very happy, and they found us a cot, high chair and stair gate even though their daughters no longer use them. The house is always warm and cosy. It's within half an hour of most places we visited in Berlin, and has good transport links. This was our first home exchange, and we enjoyed the experience. Uta stayed in touch regularly before and during the trip - it was reassuring to know our home was in good hands while we were away. Thanks for a great stay!

• Fabulous apartment, lovely family!

  This was my first swap and because it's been so successful I'm looking forward to many more! this was a beautiful apartment in a great location - walking distance to everything and Uta and family had left us great guidelines for places to go and things to do. We spent time in museums and galleries, walking around the different areas of the city to soak up the vibrant atmosphere and saw everywhere we'd been from the glass Reichstag dome. On a beautiful sunny day we took the train out to Potsdam and loved exploring the palaces and parks. They were so open and generous with their apartment, and left mine in great shape too, and kept in touch during the week to let me know what they were exploring and how things were going. We really enjoyed our week and thank Uta and Magnus so much for being wonderful swappers!

• Great exchange in Berlin

  We had a great time in the Bielfeldts apartment during the summer of 2022. The apartment is very large with two floor and 4 balconys. It was very well equipped and they where kind to borrowed their bikes when we where heading for the beach. The communication was very easy and they left our apartment perfectly clean. So we highly recommend an exchange.

  The flat of Uta is the perfect spot to explore Berlin. Uta arranged bikes for the 5 of us! So we could explore Berlin by bike. Berlin has a lot to offer; the history, culture, good restaurants, many parks, ... we enjoyed it very much. Restaurants and a big supermarket can be found in the neighbourhood. The flat is big (4 bedrooms) and well decorated. The contact was also very warm and good. It was a very good homeswap!!

  We had a lovely time in Berlin during the end of the year. Uta's home was really cosy with a christmas tree and fairy lights. The view is nice. From the living room you can see people skating on the ice ring across the street. We liked that a lot. The apartment is convenient, spacious, clean and light. The communication with Uta was pleasant. Perfect place to visit Berlin. The busstop and U- bahn stop are nearby. Berlin is a lively city with a lot of history. There is so much to see that six days weren't enough to see it all. We'll definitely be coming back.

  We fully enjoyed our stay in a perfect clean and well organized place. We could not have wished for more. All communication were excellent and we received our flat in Copenhagen in perfect condition. Thank you and auf Wiedersehen.

• Très bon souvenir de notre fin d'année 2016

  We spent there the last week of the 2016 year. Very nice and quiet flat, a lot of light, good location close to the subway, allowing to visit Berlin comfortably. All was perfect. Unfortunately we didn't meet the family but we could communicate through e-mails in a very kind way, as we would have known each other.

• Great stay in Berlin during winter

  We had a fantastic time late december and early january in Berlin. There is so much to do in Berlin that we'll probably go back there soon. We really felt at home in the beautifull apartment of Uta and Magnus, Edda and Liselotte. It is a spacious and very sunny apartment newly built right at the wall. Part of the wall is still in the garden. The apartment is thereby located at the borders of the citycentre and it's an easy walk into dontown Berlin. Ubahn and buses are also nearby. Friendly neigbours helped us feeling welcome. And unbelievebable for such a big city: free parking in front of the house. Thank you very much Uta and Magnus for feeling at home in your great apartment.
