• A nice house in the midst of wineyards

  We loved our stay in the house of Rudiger and Astrid. There is really stillness. And all around, impressing wineyards and of course the Mosel. We made beautiful mountainhikes and several bikingtours. Every morning we had breakfast in the garden, unbelievable for the month october

• The Mosel Area was lovely

  We had a great time in Brutig Fankel, which is a lovely village in the very cosy Mosel Wine-area. We had a warm welcome in the house with some local welcome gifts. You can taste and buy Mosel wine basically on every corner in every village and that is what we did. The food in the Area is 'gutbürgerlich' but that is what we like as well. We bought wine from the vineyard from next to the lovely garden of the house, honey from the neighbor, and local sausages at the local Butcher. Everything is as local as local-food can get! With nice weather is is wonderful to sit in the garden under de Pergola. Thanks Astrid and Rüdiger!

• Charming old house in a typical village

  Our stay in the Moselle valley was a dream! Landscapes are wonderful and we enjoyed walking through vineyard and forests, to admire beautiful views. We discovered pretty villages and romantic castles. Trier and Koblenz are two very nice towns with interesting museums. After our visits, we were happy to rest outside, drinking a glass of local wine, in the quiet garden of Iris and Rüdiger. It was a great home exchange!

• A relaxing Easter weekend at the Mosel

  Thanks Astrid and Rudiger for welcoming us in your Moselhaus. It was still early in the year, but the small garden was already in bloom. We liked the scenic qualities of region. I am usually not a fan of German white wine, thanks to you, we discovered one we really liked. And the local sausages were tasty too! Thanks again for the gifts and the opportunity to discover the region.

  Wir verlebten eine sehr schöne Woche im gemütlichen Haus in Bruttig-Fankel und haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die ruhige und freundliche Nachbarschaft und der behagliche Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir sind gut erholt nach Hause gefahren.

• Ein nettes altes Winzerhaus im Dorfkern

  Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Mosel und die Eifel zu erkunden. Gerne kehrten wir jeweilen abends in warme Haus zurück, bereiteten unser Nachtessen zu und planten den nächsten Tagesausflug.
