We live on the top floor of a multi-generational house. Our Family ownes the top Level and we have our own entrance. So you can be sure you are on your own. Downstairs live Tanja's parents and grandma. It is very lovely and extraordinary to live in a 4 Generation house. We all live very happy together and share the beautiful Garden, its Pool, the self grown vegetables which you can get from Maria. We have 170m², all built with Clay so very helthy and suitable for allergic people, a large roof terrace and a fantastic view with the best sunsets. 4 bedrooms (1 Main bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1,50m guestbed, 2 single bedrooms. The single ones can also be equiped with further matraces.) 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub. A big livingroom with open kitchen. We have a small infrared cabin in the guest room and a training station. Our roof terrace is very sunny and has a beautiful view in the garden. There is our familypool and if you have children our Trampoline. We also have a baking Oven and if you have luck Rudi (lives downstairs) will bake some fresh bread... The familydog "Bertl" lives downstairs but also likes to visit our floor. Our house is very rural and quiet in a small village. Munich Airport just 30min away. Therme Erding 20min, the beautiful Alps, the lakes, Munich, Landshut, nature and culture are all within easy reach ... everything you need for a great holiday.
