On the 6th (US 7th) floor of a modern gated residence, it offers a beautiful , unlimited view to the horizon and overlooks a big park. It has a large living area opening to a loggia ( roofed terrace) facing South and a terrace facing East. The master bedroom has its own smaller loggia and ensuite bathroom. There's a second bathroom , 2 independent toilets, a kitchen cum breakfast room, a guest bedroom , a study and a studio. It's air-conditioned. It can accommodate 4 adults.
It's close to Odysseum, Montpellier's main shopping and entertainment mall. 2 tram stations and a bus stop are within a 4-mn walk and will take you to the historic center of the city and the train station within 20 mns.
Montpellier Méditerranée international airport is within a 10-mn drive from the apartment
