Our remarkable home exchange with this lovely family from Illhaursen, Alsace, France, was an adventure that exceeded all expectations. Their thoughtfully prepared house became our comfortable sanctuary, while the array of exciting excursions they suggested added an extra layer of delight. Exploring the enchanting Black Forest, meandering through traditional Alsatian villages, and even venturing into Switzerland for a day added a rich tapestry of experiences to our trip. The family's local insights led us to hidden gems and ensured we made the most of our time in the region.

Thank you, Audrey and David, for a wonderful exchange! The house is beautiful, modern, very well equipped (you'll find everything you need and even more) and there is a lovely garden with vegetables, fruits, swimming pool, trampoline and swings. The location is very good and we loved the nice and calm village. Illhaeusern was a great starting point for many pleasant day trips through Alsace, both for adults and children. The whole family was happy at the end of the day. Audrey and David was also very helpful. They prepared a lot for us and gave us many suggestions of excursions and things to do. Dinner and gifts were waiting for us upon arrival and we had a very nice welcoming. We highly recommend this home exchange. It is the perfect exchange!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en Alsace chez Audrey, David, Appoline et Joséphine. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous chez eux ! L'Alsace est une magnifique région ... Nous avons découvert les villages typiques, bu du bon vin, mangé de délicieuses tartes flambées, fait de belles randonnées dans le massif Vosgien (le Haut Donon, le ballon des Vosges, autour des châteaux de Ribeauvillé). Nous avons également passé une journée à Europa Park, pour le grand plaisir de nos enfants ! Merci beaucoup de nous avoir laissé utiliser votre piscine, les enfants ont adoré s'y rafraichir en fin de journée ! Nous avons pu se rencontrer sur le trajet du retour et faire votre connaissance pour de vrai, un plaisir ! Bref un échange réussi !

The house and location were idilic and exactly what we wanted. The neighbours were lovely and very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday.

We had a wonderful summer vacation in the friendly and warm prepared house of Audrey and David in Kaysersberg. They made our time there very easy and pleasant. It was a great experience to live in the middle of this beautiful historical village in Alsace, we made great trips in the surrounding and we loved the alsatian wine and the "tarte flambée ". Thank you very much for this great vacation to Audrey and David with Apolline and Josephine!
