I live in a nice penthouse flat, in Luynes, just outside Aix en Provence, a famous city in provence.

The flat is a new build. It’s 130 m2, located on second and last level of a small residential building.

There are 2 bedrooms.
The master is large and open on its fabulous private bathroom and an access to the terrasse. The second bedroom benefits from a double bed and its own shower room.

The large modern kitchen is open onto the living room. The room is bright and airy and leads to the grand south facing terrasse with open views.

The flat has Air Conditioning, wireless Internet, and an outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining in the terrasse (90m2).

There is also a laundry room and an underground double boxed garage available.

Aix en Provence is a beautiful city of France. I have lived in many places around the world (Norway, South Africa, UK, Indonesia…) and have chosen Aix en Provence as the ideal place to settle with my family.

My flat is 10 minutes drive from the city center and easily accessed by bus. The bus stop is right outside the building. It is very convenient and saves time and money on parking. The city is nationally known to hold a very famous outdoor market 2 times a week. It has many museums, monuments and hundreds of local restaurants. It is a dream place for food and wine lovers thanks to the many vineyards in the surroundings.

Aix en Provence is also called the city of water as it has 1001 historical fountains throughout the city.

Also there are spectacular hikings to do nearby: a famous mountain, called La Sainte Victoire (maybe you've heard of CEZANNE), around marseille or Cassis The Calanques with wonderful panoramic sea views.
