We live in a community called Dean Park. Our home is 3400 sq feet, with 3 bedrooms, master has 1 King, one kids room has a double bed and the other a single. There are 3 bathrooms, TV room/family room with an Xbox1, PS4, lego and other kids toys. There is also a fitness are with a stationary bike, free weights and an extra TV. We also have an office with a computer and our house has wireless internet access. The kitchen is up to date with stainless steel appliances and has an eating bar that sits 4 and a table for 6. The back yard has tons of kids outdoor toys, bikes, basketball hoop, hockey net, water guns, nerf guns and a fort. There is a gas BBQ and patio furniture. It's a great house to come back to and relax after exploring!

Dean Park is a Provincial Park, and our home is 1 block from hiking and walking trails in the park/forest. It is has numerous trails for all levels, anything from a 30 minute hike to a 2 hour hike.

A short 8 minute drive is the seaside town of Sidney and 20 minutes you will be in downtown Victoria. Sidney is a vibrant seaside town with great shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, art gallery, boutiques, coffee shops, bakery, marina, aquarium, whale watching, fishing, sailing and much more! There are seaside walking trails and biking paths around Sidney. Local farms, markets, golf courses and wineries are minutes away. There are dozens of family friendly beach and picnic areas throughout the Sidney area and Victoria. The local pool with water slide and fitness center is 3 minutes away. In Victoria you will find great restaurants, shopping, art galleries, theatres, parks, historical buildings, street artists and musicians and so much more. Vancouver Island is a nature lovers dream with incredible wildlife, old growth forest and hiking/biking trails. We are minutes from the ferry to Vancouver, the San Juan Islands and Gulf Islands.
