Our house is situated in the south-western part of Vienna, close to the Wienerwald (forest) with very good connections to public transportation to inner districts of Vienna with many cultural events and locations.

In thirty minutes you are in the city with the car or twenty minutes with underground train. The undergrund station is directly by our home complex.

Our apartment have 3 rooms, the kitchen with livingroom, 2 sleeprooms, toilet, bathroom, wardrobe and taprooms. We have a garage for the car. Drying machine and washing machine is in the bathroom. Our apartment is in the 20.level and the terrace is westlateral. In our home complex is directly a shopping center. In the summer you can swim on the top of the building and all month you can swim in indoor swimming pools.

We have nice neighbours. The animals are accommodated during the exchange at friends.

Nearby there is a nice public swimming pool and a park with playground. Shops, Restaurants, Heurigen (is a restaurant with wine).

We have had four wonderful exchanges in the past six years near Orlando (Florida), near Miami (Florida), near Amsterdam (Netherland) and in Hamburg (Germany). All were very happy with our homes/apartments and location.
