3 bed end of terrace house in East London, UK. We have a large open double lounge, kitchen and a dining room with bi-fold doors that open out onto our sunny garden, perfect for a summer BBQ. We also have a utility room with a washer and a dryer, plus a garage (for storage not cars) and driveway if parking is needed.

We have 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 bath, 2 showers, 3 toilets). One room is a kids room with cot but we can keep this up or dismantle this if needed.

We are right by Leyton tube - Central London takes 25 minutes by tube. We are also 5 minutes to Stratford where there are multiple tube, national rail and bus routes.

The local area is changing all the time. We are a short walk or bike ride away from the Olympic Park (with the olympic pool and velodrome!), Westfield shopping centre (with cinema) and the very trendy Hackney Wick.

There is a high street in Leyton with local pubs, shops and food market. There are good places to eat and drink and we really love it. We feel very safe in the area and have never had any trouble although some people could find it intimidating if you're not used to city life. The area is very diverse and feels very urban. We are very close to the tube so the area can feel quite busy sometimes with lots of people on the street on their way to the tube.

We have bikes if you need to borrow. Free to use Wi-Fi, TV, Sonos system.
