We had a fantastic time in your house. A highlight was the cargo bike that we rode all over town and the kids enjoyed it very much. The old town was so fascinating with all the historic buildings, canals, museums, cute shops and lots of good restaurants. Within an hour we could make great day trips to the Belgian or Dutch North Sea coast. All in all, a very great and eventful exchange. Thank´s a lot for this experience!

We really felt at home in Frederic and Lotte's house. It is a cosy and open house. With everything you need. It is not in the centre of Ghent, but with the tram you are in the centre in no time. During our 5-day exchange we explored some culture in the SMAK museum, the MIAT and visited a photo exhibition. We enjoyed a culinary adventure at AYWA and Aba jour. Well, walking around in Ghent is a pleasure in itself. Just looking around is enough! Frederic and Lotte thank you for letting us enjoy Ghent and its people. Johan and Saskia

We liked the home of Lotte and Frederik. Large enough for 7 people and we walked to the center (25 minutes) and liked it. Gent is just gorgeous, everywhere you look beautiful old historical buildings. Nice dining places and close to really nice mountainbike trails. The area is flat like holland but with the somewhat raining conditionings it became muddy. Really a lot of fun for us. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our stay in Ghent very much. The house is very comfortable and our son liked the toys very much. It was really nice we could use the electric bike to discover Ghent and the nearby parks. Thank you for the nice exchange!

We had a great time in Ghent in this lovely family home. Very easy and helpful communications with Lotte and Frederick before the exchange and it was nice to meet Frederick on our arrival. The house is well equipped and very spacious and the location provided easy access to the city centre where there is plenty to see and do. We very much enjoyed our stay and Ghent is a very good base from which to explore Belgium. Easy and quiet motorway links to all the favourite destinations - we visited Bruges, Antwerp. Ostend, De Haan and travelled by train to Brussels. Would certainly recommend an exchange with this family. Alison, Robert and family

This house was very conveniently located in Ghent. We were within a 10 minute walk to the tram leading to the center of Ghent, then to the train station to travel throughout Belgium and France, and elsewhere. Ghent was a delightful place to explore. The house was brand new and well appointed with everything we needed. We so enjoyed our visit to Belgium! Thank you, Bob and Catherine
