A roomy, light, airy and comfortable town house 1km from the centre of Ballarat and 2km from Lake Wendouree. Fully equipped kitchen opens onto large dining/living area. Central heating. BBQ. Master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite. Second bedroom has a double bed and separate bathroom. Spare single mattress means bedding for 5. Two courtyards are ideal for eating or relaxing. Single car garage. Separate laundry

One of four townhouses in a quiet tree lined street with little traffic. Hotel, restaurants and coffee shops are close by. A 1.5km walk to the CBD for a wider range of restaurants and cafes along with movie theatre, art gallery, library, historical buildings and a range of shops. Train/bus station to Melbourne or other parts of the state is only a 1km stroll away. Airport bus from train station.

From our quiet tree lined street stroll to cafes, restaurants, bus/train station, movie theatre, historic buildings, the lake and shops all within 1.5 km of our place. Go back in time at Sovereign Hill Historic Gold Town or walk/ride along many of the tracks on the edge of Ballarat. State Parks for hiking or biking, swimming at the beach or a walk among the tree tops at the Otway Fly are all a day trip away. Melbourne is only 2 hours away by train or car. Explore the surrounding area, country towns and gold history along signed tourist drives. Wander amongst the wineries or drive to the Great Ocean Road. Take a trip to the Murray River and ride a paddle steamer. Ballarat is centrally located to explore a wide variety of Victoria's attractions.

Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise levels low. Put rubbish in outside bins if inside bins are full. We like our house to be treated well and left clean/tidy, just as we will treat and leave yours. No parties or events.
