Our home is in the hills above a small town which is less than 10 miles from San Francisco. There is a ferry boat or bus for transportation within walking distance. The small town has an italian cafe a movie theater and many good restaurants to choose from. Tennis Courts are two blocks away and there are two parks within walking distance.

We live on a quiet street and have a nice patio with outdoor dining and a bbq. WiFi in the home and a large screen TV . There is one cat which we would like to have watched - but we can negotiate another home for the cats if neccessary. We have bicycles available. It is very easy to rent a car locally.
