There is so much about our house that we love. The location is fantastic, just a few miles from downtown Boston with access to public transportation. There are numerous parks and playgrounds in our town, and we're just a short walk from both a rail trail and a riverwalk. We are close enough to Boston that we have so many different restaurant and museum options.

Our yard is larger than average for our town, and the back abuts protected land. We just finished a major second floor addition and kitchen renovation, and finished our basement in 2020, so almost everything in the house is new. We love the different spaces we have in our house and the way it accommodates indoor and outdoor living.

We use the basement as our main living space. It walks out to the backyard and was recently renovated in 2020. There is a tv/media area, along a space for children's toys and activities, and a bar area with a full-sized refrigerator. There is a gas burning fireplace for cold winter nights.

The basement also walks out to the backyard, where we spend a lot of time. We have a pollinator garden, a raised bed vegetable garden (guests are welcome to anything that is ready to be picked!), outdoor furniture, and a grill.

The kitchen is brand new, just completed in the spring of 2022. All the appliances are new, and the cabinets are custom made providing tons of storage space. We cook a lot, so the kitchen is fully-equipped.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor and three on the second floor. The smaller of the main floor bedrooms is used by the owners to store items not for guest use, and the larger also doubles as an office/workspace.

We have three young children, so our house is equipped with anything and everything you might need for a baby or child. We have countless toys and books for children of all ages.

There are three levels of house. The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a bedroom are on the main level. The basement level has a full bath and a large living area that walks out to the backyard. The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath.
