We are living in a residential area with a convenient infrastructure to the next city Nyon (10 min) or Geneva/Lausanne which is a 20-30 min car or train ride. Behind the house several hiking trails are going up into the Jura. In 15 min you can reach the boarder of the lake. Our home is made mainly of wood and glass. In summer we spent most of our time
outside in the garden and on the poolside. The terasse and balcony offers you a great view on the lake and the Mont Blanc. During winter the slopes for skiing for beginners are just 15 min up into Jura or within 1-2 hrs drive you get into the Swiss or French Alpes for the most challenging slopes. For the cold days we can offer a sauna. The months of May to October offer plenty of outdoor events around the Geneva lake (festivals, sport, concerts, etc.). A car can be made available.
