You are looking at 42 square meters right in the middle of Eimsbüttel. Eimsbüttel is the kind of relaxed but at the same time somehow chic part of Hamburg no one told
you about but everyone wants to live in. 42 is of course the answer to life, the universe and everything. The flat is situated on the ground floor and features a nice terrace in the backyard.

Ympäristön kuvailu

Eimsbüttel is the relaxed part of the melting pot that is Hamburg. The neighbourhood has retirees, international students, young
families and everything in between. The quarter is resisting gentrification, mostly thanks to its organically developed mix of inhabitants. Public transport is less than 10 minutes by foot away and gets you to the city every five minutes on weekdays (the ride then takes twelve minutes). In Eimsbüttel you find a large variety of restaurants and bars, on saturdays you have a farmer's market almost next door.

One of the nicest jazz clubs (Birdland) of Hamburg is right around the corner. And then there is Hamburg, with the Reeperbahn, the harbour, Europe's largest cemetary (Ohlsdorf) and several musical theatres. Most of which can be reached in half an hour.
