Our home is a 150 sq m (1600 sq ft) three level renovated rowhouse. The main floor has a kitchen (well appointed for cooking!), a dining and a living room in our veranda, the parents' bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (shower) and a toilet. On the first floor, our three kids have their own bedrooms and their bathroom (bathtube), the laundry with washing machine and dryer. On the second floor sits the music room with a comfy sofa bed. Outdoor you will enjoy a sunny eating area, a lounge on our wooden deck and the view on the trees of the Champs-sur-Marne castle park.

Ympäristön kuvailu
Champs-sur-Marne is a small town, green but well connected with Paris, train stations and airports. We live in a very quiet and safe neighborhood (our street leads to a dead end) next to the Marne river and to the castle. You will find within walking distance a nice bakery, a grocery store and a market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings with some local farmers and renowned butchers and cheese makers. An outdoor sport leisure center (UCPA Vaires-sur-Marne) is 10 minute bicycle ride following the river. One of the last “Guinguette”, typical Marne riverside restaurant is also 10 minute drive.
Access to Paris is easy by driving 5 minute to the RER station Noisy-Champs, then taking the train (approximately 20 minutes) to downtown. So in 45 minutes from our house you will reach downtown Paris. The Disneyland Paris park is also 20 minute drive or RER ride and you will need less than one hour by car to get the first Champagne vineyards or the Fontainebleau castle and forest. Châteaux de la Loire or Normandie beaches are less than 3 hour drive.
This is a great location to enjoy Paris city life during the day and afterwards the calm of our green suburb. Our house can also be a drop-off point to explore France.

We have 3 kids, 2 boys (14 and 6 yo) and a girl (10 yo). We often stay in other's homes for vacations, so our kids know how to be respectful of others' property.
We would like to swap home with folks who will treat our house as if it was their own, as we will treat theirs. We expect no pets, no smoking, and no loud parties. We live in a row house and share walls with our neighbors; we cherish our neighborhood community and expect that relationship will be respected.
We are looking for a long term exchange (1-1.5 months) starting in July 2019, primarily in seaside locations in California, US East coast, South England, Scotland or Ireland.
