Large, modern and friendly flat with 4 rooms and sunny balkony orientated to the green yard. Our flat is in the third floor (which is the top floor) with a nice view overlooking typical Norwegian houses and spaces. In the yard we have a sitting group and children can play safe. On the balkony you can enjoy the sun until sunset (June/July up til 23.00!)
We don´t have a TV, but Wifi and a piano which is in daily use. There are two bathrooms, the main bathroom with shower/bathing tube. The secondary has no shower but a washing machine. We supply towels, hand soap, washing powder, bed linen, bedcovers, rugs and more. There are to sleeping rooms available: One guest-room with a sleeping couch and working table, one and the grown-up sleeping room with a double-bed of 140cm from which you can watch the moon passing by in the nights (to walls with a window each). There is enough place for a transportable chlidrens bed, still, we don´t have one to offer. The sleeping rooms are orientated to the street which is busy on daytime but rather quiet in the nights and weekends. The kitchen is open to the living-area and facing the yard, the whole flat has a open plan.
We have nice neighbors who are watching our flat when we are not home and which could be asked for help and advice when necessary.

Schöne, helle 4 Zimmer Wohnung, 90m2 mit grossem Balkon in Oslo, ca 15 min mit dem Buss zum Zentrum.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und kann nicht eingesehen werden.
Der Wohnbereich und Balkon sind zum ruhigen und grünen Hof hin orientiert. Im Hof gibt es viel Wiese, Sitzplätze und einen kleinen Spielplatz. Die Schlafzimmer (Gästezimmer mit Schlafcouch, Elternzimmer mit Bett 140 breit) liegen an einer morgens und nachmittags gut befahrener, zweispurigen Strasse (eine Spur/Richtung). Abends und am wo-ende ist es ruhig. Die Küche ist offen und wendet zum Wohnbereich. Es ist genug Platz für ein Kinderbett (wir können allerdings keines anbieten).
Wir haben ein Hauptbad mit Badewanne und Fussbodenheizung, ein WC mit Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, es gibt genug Handtücher und Bettzeug/Decken. Seifen/Duschgel kann benutzt werden. Wir haben keinen Fernseher, aber WiFi und einen DAB-Radio mit CD-player und ein Klavier mit sehr schönem Klang!
