From our home it is a short walk to the Esquimalt town area, where you will find all the basic amenities, beautiful oceanfront parks, beachfront walking trails, a recreation centre with pools and fitness facilities, restaurants, cafes, bars and more. Downtown Victoria is minutes away by car or bike, and a nice 30 minute walk along the harbour. Victoria has endless amenities best found by an internet search of all the Victoria has to offer. Victoria is one of the world's most livable cities and if you have been here you will know why. And Vancouver Island is well worth exploring, including places such as Tofino and any number of beautiful coastal communities. Vancouver is a very nice ferry ride across the strait, or you could fly airport to airport of better yet by seaplane. Or just relax and enjoy our lovely home and neighbourhood.
