The home is in Roseto Capo Spulico (via Taranto 2) in Calabria region on Ionian sea. This is our second home.
It is a SMALL but confortable holiday-home (mq. 50) 300 mt far from the sea.
It has one room with double-bedroom, a kitchen/living room with two single beds, one bathroom with washing machine.
There is also a terrace (long 7,5 mt and width 1,5 mt) with two awnings where we usually have our meals; on the terrace there is a water-reservoir to face emergency.
The terrace is located on a reserved part of the building, facing the hills.
Opposite this terrace there is a single railway-track (only a few trains pass during the day).
Our house is on the second floor in a block of flats in which live, for holiday, sixty family
