Kodinvaihtoon tarjottavan kodin kuvailu

We live together with three other 30+people in one big wonderful flat, - like a big family. Some of us are working and some are studying. We are working/studying in Fine Arts, Urban Culture & Development, Computer Science and Chemistry.
The front building and rear building (where we live) are connected by a little courtyard with a little garden and a Hollywood-Schaukel.
The neighbours are like a small community and love to chat with each other or organise little dinners or clothing-exchange in the courtyard.
Our apartement is in the first floor. It is quiet although the front house is located on a main street.
We have a nice big living room, where we work, doing some yoga, watching movies together, listen to music.. etc.!
The room where me and Martin sleeps is quiet. The windows of our room go to a green backyard with trees and birds, so in the morning you can see birds and the sun wakes you up : )
Our flatmates are lovely and open to share our flat with guests. The kittchen has enough space for cooking and sitting together and enjoy eating on the balcony.
There is no pressure to social interaction, but if you like to you are absolutely welcome! : )

Ympäristön kuvailu

The river Saale is very close! It is a fantastic area for walks on the riverside in the park. I love that : )
The Reileck with a lot of bars, eating possibilities, ice cafes, grocery store, super market, organic shop, post office is just 50m away!
To the center of Halle you walk 10 minutes or 2 minutes by bike.
