Our bright and modern apartment (about 190 sqm/2045 sqft in size) is located in the heart of Durach/Kempten in the beautiful area of Allgäu with close proximity to the Bavarian alps. Newly renovated in 2014/2015 it is tastefully decorated with high end modern finishes, yet still giving a cosy feel with hardwood floors throughout. The bathroom has a Spa like feel and the whole apartment has in-floor radiant heating. The living/dining area also has a pellets oven giving it a warm ambiance, so you can enjoy cosy evenings when it´s cold and snowy outside.
Our apartment is located above our family business’ office and show room, so should you have any questions during business hours someone will surely be there to assist. Outside of business hours you will be the only occupant in the building. With the apartment situated right in the middle of town, local amenities are all within a few minutes of walking distance (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, two restaurants, two cafes, supermarket, gas station, playgrounds, bus station and train station) The lovely forest can be reached within 10 min by foot.

1 bathroom upstairs with a walk-in-shower and a whirl-tub,
1 large outdoor terrace including a barbecue and awning ( a little bit noisy because of the road)
