132 sqm. sunny top floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, ideal for a family with 2 kids or 2 couples. The house is build in 1881, and the apartment has all modern commodities, still respecting the classic design.
The house is situated in central Copenhagen (Frederiksberg) in a quiet neighborhood close to a botanical park, metro-station (Forum), restaurants, sand shopping. The backyard is a big secluded garden with barbeque, playground and a sports field.
There is 15 min. walk or 5 min. by bus or metro to Copenhagen city center, the old amusement park "Tivoli Gardens", pedestrian streets, museums and other interesting sights. Copenhagen is a beautiful historic town, founded around 700 AC. It has a efficient public transport system and is one of the best towns in the world for bicycling.
In 20 min. by metro You will be at the beach or in open nature. 30 min. to the CPH airport and 40 min. by train to neighboring Swedish city Malmoe.
We offer a car and bikes in all sizes in exchange.

Frederiksberg is the green part of central Copenhagen, dominated by the large Frederiksberg Garden, formely a secluded reserve for the late king Frederik IV. Frederiksberg is a mixture of exclusive villa areas and beautiful residential buildings. Frederiksberg houses several educational institutions and parts of Copenhagen University (agricultural and vetenarian department).
Frederiksberg has a diverse plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés and effective public transport, as well as bicycle lanes on most main roads.
