"The Villages" A fantastic place to visit!!!. http://www.thevillages.com"GOLFERS PARADISE" over 50 golf courses "inside the bubble"

Stay in our lovely 3yr old 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, + den (with wifi computer access) home , 1910 sq ft under A/C. It is just 1 mile to the
Fenney recreation center with a large family pool that youngsters may use with an easy beach entrance. 3 blocks from 2 adult pools( you must be at least 30 yrs old) in either direction. The Fenney Grill is 1 mile away. The Putt & Play course is 1/2 block from home. We will leave our putters available to you.

Dancing every night with Live entertainment in the 3 squares. We have 50+ golf courses, 96 miles of golf trails, 14 country clubs, 3000+ activity clubs, lovely boutique shopping, theatres, world class polo grounds and so much more. Too many restaurants to visit in a month. Close to all shopping and conveniences. All within the over 100 sq mile golf community. Go almost everywhere by (rental) golf cart !!!!

1:20 hour from Disney Orlando, Universal, Sea World and MGM studios. 2:15 hours to Daytona Beach. 2:30 hours to Cape Canaveral Space Center. 5 hours to the Florida "KEYS". 1 1/2 hrs to Tampa and the Gulf coast where fishing is fabulous plus many other water adventures. Enough things to do to keep you coming back for years.

2016 Ford Expedition EL and GPS nav system may be available for exchange. Garage is NOT available as we use it for storage.
