This our family home and we are looking for mostly longer term simultaneous swaps specifically in the Vancouver Area of Canada. We both work remotely so we are able to travel most times of the year. We have a second home in California that we can do non simultaneous swaps with. Please note that we have 2 cats that would need caring for but they are very easy as we have an auto feeder ( Stella & Mochi).

Large family home on large corner lot located at the end of the street near a golf clubhouse. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a gym in the basement. There are beautiful Brazilian cherry floors, new carpet upstairs, updated stainless steal appliances, private patio, and master with luxury bath and King bed. Formal living and dining , family room, loft, & eat-in kitchen allow ample space for entertaining/spreading out! We have lots of board games and yard at the house to enjoy (ping pong, giant jenga, sack toss etc) East facing backyard with patio and trex deck for peaceful evenings in the shade.
