We are looking to exchange the upstairs unit which consists of
3 Bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen/family room, living room, balcony and laundry room

The entrance is thru the carport.

Sleeping 7 possibly 9
Sleeps 2 Master Bdr King Size Bed with bathroom.

Sleeps 2 Queen size bed

Sleeps 2 Twin Trundle Beds

Sleep 1 camping cot if needed

And we are considering
A sofa sleeper to add 2 more spots

The other rentals are downstairs and are a 1 bedroom 1 bath and a 2 bedroom 2 bath. And they are rented to great long term tenants.

On Island of Maui and our airport is Kahului ( OGG) symbol.

Maui is truly paradise with amazing Mountains, world famous beaches, great food,quaint towns with a lot of character.

And if you want to island hop while you are here you can fly to other island sometimes as low as $26 to $50 each way pp.
