Ski in Colorado this winter! Or visit spring our fall. Our light, bright and sunny condo backs to national forest and has great views. Convenient to 5 ski areas: Vail (30 min. drive), Beaver Creek (40 min. drive), Copper Mountain and Keystone (15 min. drive), Breckenridge,and A-Basin (20 minute drive. Cross country ski, snowshoe or hike from the back door. Sail on Lake Dillon - 5 min. drive. In unit jetted bath tub and steam shower.

Looking for non-simultaneous exchange. You can use our condo during ski season or summer. We want to bicycle in France or Italy in summer 2011.

Or, we could do it simultaneously.

Our condo is in a small and quiet complex that backs to national forest. There is hiking, mountain biking and cross country skiing right out the back door! The views look over Lake Dillon. The back wall is all glass, so it's the perfect place to watch the sunrise or the sunset!

It's best to have a car at this condo, although there is a bus line nearby. There are 6 ski areas within about 30 minutes drive time. There is great hiking, mountain and road biking and cross country skiing depending on the season. Outlet mall is at the bottom of the street for easy shopping. Plenty of restaurants in the area, but all are a short drive.
