We are seeking warm weather exchanges.
If you like sunny days, tropical beaches, palm trees, and warm ocean breezes, our home is for you. Our house, built in 2007, is over 2100 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den, laundry room, garage, and screened porch with a backyard overlooking a small lake in a beautifully landscaped, gated and secure development with on-site amenities including pool, gym, and tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. The house has a modern kitchen with all appliances, and is equipped with 3 TVs, including a 75-inch flat-screen with cable, 2 computers, DVD player, Netflix and Amazon streaming, and stereo. We have an adult bicycle and tennis and pickleball equipment. Everything is air conditioned.

Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient, in a gated resort-style community with 24-hour security in a park-like setting. Our community has an olympic-size swimming pool, resistance pool, and hot tub, a fully-equipped fitness center, billiard and card rooms, shaded walking path, 6 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, putting green, and a poolside cafe. The beach, where you can rent boats or go fishing, is about a 15 minute drive. Publix supermarket and Super Target are about a mile away; the Boynton Mall and major stores and numerous restaurants are less than 5 miles. There are multiple golf courses in the area that offer summer discounts. We have easy access to both the Florida Turnpike and I-95, north-south highways that connect with all Florida attractions such as Disneyworld, Universal Studios, the Kennedy Space Center, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and the Florida Keys .

From our house you can walk on a shaded path to the clubhouse, where there is a cafe, swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and other amenities. Within a mile you can find a Publix supermarket and a Target Superstore, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Within a 5 mile radius is a shopping mall, every major store you might need, and a large selection of restaurants. The beach is a 15 minute drive, and there are several waterfront restaurants on the Intracoastal waterway, where you can also rent boats and charter fishing trips. You can gamble or catch a show at the Seminole Casino, or go out on a cruise to the Bahamas. Several golf courses are within a 15 minute drive.
