Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood and has a private garden with deck and barbeque. It is an easy walk to the sea and beaches. There are 10 restaurants (Mexican, Sushi, Indian, Thai, Chinese, American, gastropub, and Italian) in the center of town, an easy walk from our home. We offer use of our membership to many great parks (membership gives free or reduced parking)and natural and historial preserves nearby for exploring (membership gives free or reduced entry).

You will be able to use our weekly share of farm direct produce; most of the produce is harvested by the workers, but you get to select what you want and sometimes pick your own from the fields.

We offer you use of our Museum of Fine Arts, Boston membership and the use of public library (biblioteque) membership with more museum passes.

It is 35 minutes by train or car to Boston for all of its historic and cultural richness and the Boston Red Sox. Horse country (and golfing) are 10 minutes north.

We also have a small (44 sq meters, 1 bedroom) apartment in the suburbs of Paris that could be available as well as a separate, non-simultaneous exchange (no car, though).
