My previous visits to Germany were few and of short duration. My 2+ weeks exchange with Rainer & Christina (and Lennox) gave me a chance to visit and really explore a part of Germany that was brand new to me. Their townhouse home is very comfortable and located in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transit and grocery shopping. Preparing meals in their well-stocked kitchen was fun. A wonderful place to return to after a heavy day of being a tourist. The location of the property and our car exchange meant we could discover the beauty of the Mosel and Rhine Valleys, the Black Forest and other points south and west of Frankfurt. One of the best exchanges I've had.
