We have had a very relaxing stay at Maxine´s wonderful home Such a comfortable and welcoming home suitable for our needs. Kind welcome gifts left for us. We have enjoyed lovely walks in the vicinity, and made many wonder trips to the Peak District - which is just around the corner. All was in perfect order at home on our return. ? We loved this exchange ; Maxine and Phil ensured we were generously welcomed to their lovely house and amazing outside area. The location just off the Trans Pennine Trail was great for cycle trips, from Tintwhistle to Doncaster ; walking around Kinder Scout and Haworth, and relaxing at Wentworth Castle Gardens. A fabulous week.

A long break over Easter is this wonderful cottage was just what we needed to re-chrage our batteries. In a quiet, rural location but just five minutes from the village centre, we could not have asked for better. A very warm home and when you sink into the sofas in the cosy lounge, life could not be better. It is only a short drive from the motoway and therefore ideally situated for days out to many stately homes or for shopping sortes to the Victoria Quarter in Leeds. For us, one of the best things was the village pub, the Waggon and Horess.. Only a few minutes walk away, it has meals and service that will not disappoint. Oxspring is well worth the visit. We have had a wonderful exchange, the welcome was amazing! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and there was so much to to in and around Sheffield. Thanks the wonderful tips from our exchange family we went indoor sky-diving! We loved the Peak district, it has breathtaking scenery! So a great exchange, very highly recommended!
