Our house (130 qm, 2003 on 600 qm ground) has got 3 floors, downstairs the are kitchen, WC, large living room with terrace. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room and in the attic there´s a playroom and space to chill/sleep on sofa´s. We have a beautiful garden, garage and lot´s of bicycles.
You can play speedminton, trampoline or football in our garden. Free tennis courts in town, mini golf in the city park, new BIG POOL in town.
Münster, Essen, Düsseldorf or Weeze (RyanAir) 1 h, Cologne & Amsterdam 1,5 h (exellent Park-and-Ride).

We live in a quiet area and our city has a population of 20.000. The Netherlands are nearby, 10 by bike and 15 km by car. Our quarter is very child-friendly. To the City center it´s 1 km, shopping possibilities are 500 m far away. 500 m to the other side, so you are out in the open.

Shopping on the city market is on Thursday. It´s very nice to explore the surrounding by bike, because our area here is very plein and we have different sorts of bikes (trekking & mountain bikes). In our city you get the best ice cream sort from whole Germany ("Kiepenkerl" at arcobaleno ice cafe ; German challenge 2017). Visit the free folkwang museum in Essen or Münster, a very historic, student city .
