*At the moment we are looking for a home swap for our summer holidays 2024 26.07. - 18.07.* We will be six people and need three bedrooms.
The house built in 1926 offers two floors and a Souterrain. I rent out the Souterrain with two bedrooms and a bathroom sometimes on Booking.com. Feel free to read the reviews.
On the first and second floor you find four additional bedrooms and the bathroom. On the basement you can relax in the dining or in the living room. The kitchen grants access to the large garden. Here you find a fireplace and a barbecue with a lounge.
Krefeld Fischeln is situated south of Krefeld. Quiet but central. You find everything you need right around the corner. (Supermarkets, Restaurants etc.)

We live in a pedestrianized street (30km / h). Very quiet residential area but all the shops within walking distance. In addition you will find within walking several restaurants, cafés and children's playgrounds.

You can reach the state capital Dusseldorf by metro (30min). Dusseldorf has a large Culture and a very active nightlife.
Even Cologne can be reached in 40 minutes by car or by train. Furthermore, you are by car in 40 minutes in Venlo or the Ruhr.
Also Krefeld offers with its theaters, ice skating or his concerts.
