Large detached house in Huglfing between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Austria is nearby. The house was built in 2015. Our comfortable, modern well maintained house is 180 square meters and has a large garden, through which flows a stream. It is located in a quiet little village in front of the Alps. This area is idyllic and ideal for almost all leisure activities that you can imagine in summer and winter: sights, Bavarian tradition, nature (Partnachklamm ..), lakes (Staffelsee, Eibsee ..), mountains (Zugspitze ..), Climbing (climbing garden "Techno Wandl" ..), skiing (Garmisch-Classic ski resort ..), castles (Neuschwanstein Castle) hiking, swimming, golfing, cycling, shopping etc. And if you want to be more urban and see culture or something else, z. the Oktoberfest, the BMW Welt, the Allianz Arena, the German Museum, the Residenz, the Nationaltheater, the Hofgarten, the English Garden: Munich is 50 km away. For the children there is the fairy tale forest in the Isar valley in Wolfratshausen, 35 minutes away, and the Legoland in Günzburg, 1 hour, 40 minutes away
