Wonderful apartment in Berlin Wedding. The house was completed as a joint project in 2021, we are the first residents and moved in in the middle of the year. Since we live here as builders ourselves, we have paid attention to a very good equipment. The location on the ground and first floor with access to the backyard garden which makes it also ideal for a stay with children.

There are three bedrooms and a big bathroom in the first floor. One is the master bedroom, the other is the room of our four year old daughter. The last is used as an office but also holds a daybed, here you find a small balcony. In the bathroom you find a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a lot of space and - if needed - a baby changing pad.

In the ground floor there is a big kitchen / dining room which is for us the center of our apartment. Next to it there is the living room with TV and another sofa / daybed, due to its sliding door it can be used as additional space to the dining room if you have a few guests. There is also another (smaller) bathroom with shower.

From the kitchen / dining room you can also get to our terrace and the backyard garden.

The location is very central and multicultural, there are many restaurants, cafes and playgrounds in the neighbourhood. It is rather lively but not loud or a party area.

S-Bahn and U-Bahn, as well as regional trains (Gesundbrunnen) are about ten minutes away on foot. Bus and tram can be reached in 5 minutes.
