The apartment is an old Berliner "Altbau" completely renovated in the popular district of Neukölln - bordering Schiller Kiez. It extends through what were previously 2 apartments, with an approximate surface of ~100sqm. Two balconies master the grand living room - unfortunately due to facade renovations they aren't accessible at this time. The renovations haven't started yet.

Public transport is very close; the apartment is a 5 min walk away from S + U Hermannstraße (the ‘Ringbahn’ and the U8 leave from there).

As highlight, the apartment is located close to Tempelhofer Feld (former Airport field now turned public park) for leisure, sport activities, etc., and lots of bars and restaurants just two streets away around the Schiller neighbourhood. The next highway entrance is also 5 mins away if you're driving a car.

The street where the apartment is located isn't particularly quiet, that's usual in the district of Neükolln, but the apartment is located at the end of the yard, in the rear building, so it offers a very very low noise level. Through the windows in the living room, you can see the S-Bahn train every so 5 mins around 60 meters away. Trains are very quiet during the night and/or with closed windows. In general the apartment is quite silent.
