I live in my apartment with my 3 children (age 9, 12 and 12). The apartment is not very big but the location is amazing. My children share the same room and I have a murphy bed (140 cm) in the living room, very convenient and comfortable. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which is actually perfect here because the area is very nice and quiet even though it is very central location. I have a nice sunny balcony with a lounge sofa, room for at least 5 people. Outside the balcony you find an even better garden/park area with a fontain, play ground for the kids and a boules court. My kids love to play fotball outside as well. In the summer you can bring your breakfast/lunch or dinner and eat outside, there are outdoor furnitures that is free to use.

The apartment is located at Östermalm/Nedre Gärdet (subway station Stadion). A peaceful and quiet location even though it is only 15 minutes walk to Stureplan and only 2 stops with the subway from T-Centralen (the city hub by train) and only 1 stop from Östermalmstorg. You can walk to the amusement park "Gröna Lund" and the Zoo "Skansen" in 25 minutes. A perfect city location.
