Very bright and sunny apartment in Sète with a beautiful view on the sea front.
Ideal for 4 people (two adults and two young children or two pre-teens).
The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of a quiet and tree-shaded residence with lift, air conditioning, secure parking and two free tennis courts at your disposal (tennis equipment is not provided).
It features a large terrace, a comfortable living room with open kitchen, two small bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two single beds), a bathroom and toilets.
The beach is in the immediate vicinity, with many walks and bike rides along the see (we have two city bikes).
The following beach equipment can also be provided on request: parasol, deckchairs, masks and snorkels.
Visitors should love animals and take care of our cat "Duchesse" during their stay.

Sète is a picturesque fishing port, located in the south of France, facing the Mediterranean Sea. Besides the many activities offered during the summer, such as the ''théâtre de la mer'' (theater of the sea), concerts, jousting, fish restaurants and cafés, the city is ideally located at the crossroads of several renowned touristic towns. Visitors will particularly appreciate the proximity of Montpellier, Béziers, the Cap d'Agde and its amusement parks, Arles, Avignon and its theatre festival in July, Pézenas (the city of Molière), Carcassonne, the Cévennes, Provence and of course Spain.
From a practical point of view, Sète is well served by public transport, especially by train.
It is also located close to two airports, namely Montpellier and Béziers-Cap-d'Agde
