We are a french family living in Nice : Guillaume, Marianne, Cécile (9 y.o) and Héloïse (6 y.o). We like travel and sharing time with foreign people.Guillaume is hydrogeologist, play guitar and hurdy-gurdy, like hiking/speleology/canyoning. Marianne is a teacher and like hiking/photography. The two girls like art, drawing, danse and nature. We have three cats (Hermione, Soupir & Miette). Our flat, with garden, is located in a trendy neighborhood of Nice, close to the sea and the center (10 minutes by tramway).

Our flat, with a small garden, is located in a trendy neighborhood of Nice, close to the sea and the very center (10 minutes by tramway). Airport at 45 min by tramway. It's a pleasure to come back in this quiet place, in the middle of the city, after a day of discovery.

The "Borriglionne' neighborhood is a trendy place with many shops and the main and typical market of Nice at 5 minutes by feet (all day except monday). Socca and Pan Bagnat are famous specialties of Nice you can savor near the "Place de Gaulle" (5' by f.). All the town, beaches, are accessible by tramway. Transport facilities : tramway station (2' by feet), train station (10' by tramway), touristic train station to countryside (7' by feet), airport (20' by car, 45' by tramway), motorway (10' by car). Private carpark available if exchange of car.

From our house, it's a short walk to enjoy neighborhood facilities (shops, restaurants, market), to spend a moment for a terraced cafe under the sun.
By tramway, it's very easy to reach quickly the beaches and the very center of Nice, with all monuments, restaurants, typical streets, cultural events, like the Nice Carnaval (15 days in Feb-March)...
